EMERGE is published quarterly by Emerging Directions Consulting Ltd., an Alberta-based management consulting firm operated by Dr. Wendy Doughty and Jim Klingle. Its mission is to better the work lives of individuals by creating an environment that welcomes and supports emerging strategic opportunities and innovative responses. This is accomplished by delivering highly effective planning, facilitation, training, and research services to individuals or groups of individuals who represent businesses, not-for-profit organizations, educational institutions, and all three levels of government.
